Tips for quality videos and review:
- Start your video just before the point you start un-racking or breaking the weight off the floor. Please trim anything before and after your actual lift.
- Submit challenging sets but not RPE 10 1RMs. Usually a hard set of 3 is best
- I need to see your whole body and barbell through the entire movement. Make sure everything is in the frame and, as much as possible, ensure nothing is blocking the view.
- Generally speaking, a hip height front 45 degree angle is ideal. Think about what you want feedback on, and base the angle off of that. For example, if you are worried about bar path, a side view would be best.
- Give context of what you are struggling with and what your goals are. ex. powerlifting, causing pain, general health
